Connor Head - Founder

Connor Head is the founder of ThinkBreak, where he works with independent businesses on Revenue Operations, AI Operations, CRM architecture, automation, and the systems that connect them.

His career has moved through SQL development, B2B sales, sales leadership, consulting, and operations. That mix has made him a "fixer": someone who has operated on every side of a business, and can jump in to find solutions to tough problems.

Connor founded ThinkBreak to bring this "fixer" mindset to independent businesses while helping them keep control of their systems, data, and customer relationships.

Outside of technology and operations, Connor has a Music Industry degree and more than 20 years of experience in music and events. That background remains a large part of who he is and his connection to independent, owner-operated businesses.
