Recruiting Workflow Optimization
Recruiting | Alignment to Human-First AI
In a high-volume recruiting environment, a strong candidate call still led to 40+ minutes of manual nomination prep. Notes had to be reorganized, resumes reformatted, key points rewritten, and positioning tailored to the job description. The recruiting discipline was solid, but the administrative drag slowed submissions, reduced interview volume, and created clear Human-First AI leverage.
- Captures candidate call notes in a standardized format
- Aligns call data directly with job requirements
- Automatically drafts client-ready nomination language
- Reformats resumes into a consistent submission template
- Reduces redundant manual editing
- Human-First AI drafts and organizes, but final submission control remains with the recruiter
- Creates more time for sourcing, calling, and closing while reducing administrative fatigue
- Nomination time:
- 40+ minutes to ~3 minutes
Real-Estate CRM Basecamp System
Real Estate | Smart Lists, Automations, and Agent Admin Reduction
A growing real-estate brokerage had their CRM, Customer Nurturing, Data Management, and transaction tools in place, but agents were working inside an overloaded CRM structure. The work focuses on rebuilding the operational foundation so agents know who to call, what stage each contact belongs in, and what administrative steps can be automated to increase agent adoption.
- Redesigns Follow Up Boss Smart Lists around clear lifecycle stages instead of scattered tags and disconnected filters
- Defines brokerage-wide Basecamp workflows that every agent can use as a minimum operating standard
- Clarifies how leads, SOI contacts, warm customers, hot customers, active clients, live transactions, post-close contacts, and past clients should move through the CRM
- Aligns Follow Up Boss contact stages with Sisu buyer and seller deal stages to improve KPI tracking and pipeline visibility
- Reduces agent confusion by separating lead status, contact stage, deal stage, and nurture status
- Creates automation rules for stage movement, follow-up visibility, post-close workflows, and past-client transitions
- Reduces repetitive agent admin while keeping client communication, relationship context, and final judgment with the agent
- Brokerage scope:
- 15+ agents, 2 transaction coordinators, operations manager, and owner

Music Technology | Directory Architecture, Automation, and Community Growth
Handbill.fm is an independent local music platform built to help fans discover independent events, artists, venues, and promoters across regional music scenes. The project turns scattered event flyers, social posts, venue calendars, ticket links, and artist pages into a structured discovery system with searchable listings, interlinking across profiles, and a newsletter for fans.
- Designed the core data architecture for events, bands, venues, promoters, releases, genres, regions, cities, claims, links, and user alerts.
- Built a moderation-first submission workflow so new events and entity updates can be reviewed before publication.
- Created claim-based ownership flows for bands, venues, and promoters to manage their own listings over time.
- Structured event discovery around location, genre, venue, promoter, date, and entity relationships instead of relying on social media feeds.
- Developed automation plans for importing venue calendars, monitoring updates, generating backlinks, and reducing manual event entry.
- Defined monetization paths including ticket referral revenue, premium band features, and promoter or venue partnerships.
- Keeps human curation central so automation supports discovery without allowing low-quality, duplicate, AI-generated, or unsafe listings onto the platform.
- Platform scope:
- Events, bands, venues, promoters, releases, claims, alerts, and moderation workflows
- Initial region:
- NC, SC, VA, and surrounding Southeast music scenes
- Build focus:
- Structured discovery, local SEO, automation, and community adoption
